Find
something you like? Please follow the simple steps below to place your order.
1.
Choose your design- Browse through
our site until you find a design style that you love and that suits you & your baby. If you don’t find the
perfect design- I will modify any design to suit your needs, just let me know your needs and I can change it. I
can also create something entirely custom for you, at no extra cost. Holiday cards can be ordered directly
from the card page.
2. Submit
your order- Once you’ve found the design that you would like to use, select "Order" from the left hand navigation bar. Please fill out the form as detailed as possible as this will give me
more to work with in the design. If you have any alterations or edits, please specify that in the, "Additional Comments
or Changes" section. Complete form and, "Submit".
3. Email us your photos- After
completing order, you will receive a confirmation email; Please reply to this email with your photos attached
in jpeg format. Please upload up to 5 photos photos for any of the cards and I can try to fit them all in. If there is
a particular photo that you would like to use as the main photo, please specify that in your email. Please
send us your photos as soon as possible so we can start your design. Alternatively you can email me your photos at:
linnea@bellaannouncements.com so I can begin your announcement right away.
4. Email proof-
You will receive a proof of your card via email within 2 business days of emailing us your photos. At this point, please
review your proof carefully - it is your responsibility to ensure there aren’t any typographical or other errors.
If you require any changes to be made, please let me know by reply email. I can make any changes at this point
and will work with you until you are COMPLETELY HAPPY with your card! Your cards will not be printed until we come
up with the perfect design. Now that you have approved your proof, we will have your cards printed and will ship them to you
using your chosen shipping method. If you chose Canada Post Expedited shipping, you can expect to receive your cards
within 3-7 business days.
5. Payment- Once you have approved
your card, I will email a Paypal invoice so that you can pay using credit card or your Paypal account. If
you would rather pay by personal cheque, please email me at: linnea@bellaannouncements.com for my address. I can print your order as soon as the cheque clears.
6. Mail
your beautiful custom photo announcements- to family and friends, and when they ask about them,
be sure to refer them to our site! If you refer 3 people to our site and they specify your name with their order,
you will receive FREE holiday cards (order of 30) for the following year.
